摘要
在郴州现有高校合并组建成新的本科院校后,为了迎接新的机遇和挑战,高校图书馆应该树立以下管理理念:"图书馆第一",资源共建共享,坚持特色和为地方服务,实施人才战略。
<Abstrcat> After the mergence of the existing colleges in Chenzhou, new concepts of management of the university library should be established so as to face the coming opportunities and challenges. 'Library be on the first place'; resources be constructed and shared together; sticking to the idea of serving its local people based on local characteristics and following the strategy of taking advantage of persons with ability are our wise choices.
