摘要
设计了以PC机为核心的室内钻进参数自动检测与控制系统,能够程控钻进压力、电机回转转速,同时实时检测钻进压力、冲洗液、扭矩、位移、钻进速度、回转转速等主要钻进参数,并实现数据存储、打印;完成绘制钻进参数随时间变化曲线,建立数据库,并产生相应的钻进报表。
A automatic controlling & monitoring system has been designed on the basis of PC computer, it can control drill pressure, rotate speed of electric machine, and automatically monitor main parameters such as drill pressure, fluid, torque, displacement, drill rate, and rotate speed; it also can save and print all parameters, and protract changing curves of parameters with time f(t), then create data base and drill report form.
