摘要
在知识经济时代 ,信息不仅是人类知识的延续与传递 ,也是以知识促进发展的关键要素。信息资源将成为国家综合实力和国际竞争力的核心战略资源。民族地区应当认识到差距 ,要在开发其他资源的同时 ,加强对民族文献资源的开发利用 ,完善基础设施、开发有民族特色数据库、对民族信息资源导航 ,利用科学的知识管理机制和联合共建等措施加强民族文献信息的网络化、自动化水平。
In the knowledge economy times, information is not only a part of the human knowledge but also a key factor to accelerate the social development. The information resource will become the core strategic resource of the integrated power and the international competitive power of a country.The author argues that there exist differences among the national regions and thus the people in different regions should strengthen the exploration of their own national literature while developing the other resources.
