摘要
启动和扩大民间投资不仅是解决近期经济较快增长的重要举措 ,而且是保证今后我国经济持续高速增长的长期政策。笔者从衡水市民间投资现状入手 ,分析了民间投资的特点 ,揭示了发展民间投资的阻滞点 ,认为要尽快有效激活民间资本 ,鼓励民间投资健康发展 。
To set and broaden the private investment is not only the important step that can resolve the problem that the economy develops too fast recently,but also a perpetual policy to ensure the economy to develop with a constant high-speed in our country.From the situation of private investment in Hengshui,the author analyzes the feature of private investment and discloses the obstruction.The author thinks in order to spur the private capital effectively and to encourage the healthy development of it,it is necessary to set up a good policy enviornment.
