摘要
装备制造业是国民经济发展的关键行业,当前制约装备制造业国企国际竞争力的主要障碍是深层次的的体制改革。主动与WTO规则接轨有助于我国装备制造业国有企业的改革,本文同时提出了具体的改革对策。
Equipment manufacturing industry is the key industry for a national economic development. Nowadays the main obstacle of enhancing international competence of the SOEs from equipment manufacturing industry is deep - level system reform. To apply the WTO rules actively will be helpful to reform in our equipment manufacturing industry. Meanwhile the paper presents specific strategies of SOEs reform.
