电极电势对Au/CaM膜电化学行为的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Polar Potentials on the Electrochemistry Behaviors at the Gold Electrode Modified with Calmodulin Self-assembled Monolayer

摘要 采用交流阻抗的方法 ,在包含 1 mmol/L Fe(CN) 3- /4 - 6 的 0 .1 5 mol/L的 Na Cl溶液中 ,研究了不同电极电势对 Au/Ca M膜电化学行为的影响 ,结果表明 ,Ca M的空间构型随电极电势的变化不断变化 ,且在一定电势范围内 ,随着电极电势的增大 ,Ca M在 Au表面的排列越致密 .为利用电化学方法研究 Ca M在不同电场中的变化规律提供了新的思路 . The effect of polar potential on the electrochemistry behaviors of the calmodulin self assembled monolayer were first investigated in the 0.15mol/L NaCl solution containing 1 mmol/L Fe(CN) 3-/4- 6. The results demonstruteded that the spatial structure of CaM could vary with the polar potential.The more polarized potential was applied,the more denser structure of CaM could exhibit.These phenomena are meaningful to further study the physiological behavior of CaM under different electric potential environments.
