摘要
通过对长白山区随机采集的东北兔的详细研究 ,了解东北兔种群组成为 :雄性 /雌性数量比为 53∶4 4 ,经显著性检验与 1∶1无显著性差异 ,雌雄间晶体干质量无显著性差异 (t<t0 .0 5 ) .将两性合并分析 ,根据晶体质量分为四个年龄组 .幼年组晶体干质量在 1 80 .0～ 2 4 0 .0mg之间 ,所占比例为 1 8.56% ,雌性 /雄性数量比为 1∶1 .2 5;亚成年组晶体干质量在 2 4 0 .1～ 3 0 0 .0mg之间 ,所占比例为 4 8.4 5% ,雌性 /雄性数量比为 1∶1 .3 5;成年组Ⅰ晶体干质量在 3 0 0 .1～ 3 60 .0mg之间 ,所占比例为 2 0 .62 % ,雌性 /雄性数量比为 1∶1 ;成年组Ⅱ晶体干质量在3 60 .1～ 4 0 0 .0mg之间 ,所占比例为 1 2 .2 3 % ,雌性 /雄性数量比为1∶0 .71 .从种群组成来看 ,虽然幼体比重较少 ,但是种群的发展趋势为数量增长型 .从性比上看 ,幼年组和亚成年组的雄性比例明显偏高 ,而随年龄增长雄性比例明显降低 ,远低于雌性 ,这符合哺乳动物种的特性 .
Detailed study from random sampling of Northeast Hare in Changbai Mountain area showed sex ratio of male to female is 53 to 44.Analysis of covariance showed no more difference to 1 to 1,so did in the analysis for lens weight between males and females.According to the lens weight,Northeast Hare were divided into four groups when all hares were analysised together.Net len weight of young group is from 180.0 mg to 240.0 mg.Which amounts to 18.56 percent,its sex ratio of female to male is 1 to 1.25;net len weight of sub-adult group is from 240.1 mg to 300.0 mg.Which amounts to 48.45 percent,its sex ratio of female to male is 1 to 1.35;net len weight of adult Ⅰ group is from 300.1 mg to 360.0 mg.Which amounts to 20.62 percent,its sex ratio of female to male is 1 to 1;net len weight of adult Ⅱ group is from 360.1 mg to 400.0 mg.Which amounts to 12.23 percent,its sex ratio of female to male is 1 to 0.71.Although percent of young group weighs less,population development is increasing from population structrues.From sex ratio,percent of male in young and sub-adult group is distinctly high,but with age increasing,percent of male decrease more evidently than that of female.Such conclusion is conformity with characters of mammal species.
