摘要
我国农民收入增长缓慢且不稳定 ,致使农民边际消费倾向偏低 ,消费总量不足。开拓农村消费市场的出发点应是稳步增加农民收入 ,必须致力于发展农业产业化经营 ,改革农村税费制度 ,加速农村剩余劳动力转移 ,加大政府对农业的扶持力度 ,促进农业科技进步 ,调整农村经济结构。
Farmer's income increases slowly and unsteadily in China. That has caused farmers' marginal propensity of low and insufficient consumption . In order to develop consuming market in the countryside, we must base on farmers' steady increase. Thus we should make great effort to develop agricultural industrialization management, to reform tax and expense system , and to quicken transfer of surplus labor force in the countryside. Also we should strengthen the support from the government to agriculture , promote progress of science and technology in agriculture , and adjust economic structure in the countryside.
