摘要
在实施了天然林保护工程之后 ,生态旅游成为森林资源开发利用的一条新途径 ,可以发展为一个地区的新产业。黑龙江省伊春市以林业为支柱产业 ,其森林生态旅游产业的开发有很多优势。该文从生态学和旅游资源角度分析了伊春市森林资源的特点及其功能定位 ,并以伊春市具有代表性的五营国家森林公园为例 ,从确定生态安全下的旅游资源规划与实施、基础设施的建设、旅游地管理和开发可吸引旅游的属地和周边地 4个方面介绍了在伊春开展生态旅游的构想。
Eco tourism, a new sustainable way to exploit and utilize forest resources in implementation of the program of natural forest conservation, can be developed into a new industry. Yichun city of Heilongjiang Province, where is abundant in forestry, has many advantages in the development of forest eco tourism industry, including the multistory forest for generations, abundance in forest form layers and its rich flora. By employing the Wuying national park in Yichun city as a case, suggestions about how to develop eco tourism in Yichun city are proposed. First, a new conception of forest eco tourism ecological security should be established, which combines the essence of tourism with the conservation of forest resources. Second, infrastructure construction within and beyond the eco tourism areas such as national parks should be established or be improved. Third, it is argued that the significance of comprehensive management of tourism development should be emphasized. Finally, the developmental context of surrounding areas should also be taken into consideration while exploiting tourism resources.
