摘要
从污染污泥中分离出两株假单胞菌PCN5及PCB2 .研究了它们对蒽、菲、芘的降解性能及生长繁殖情况 .结果表明 ,单基质存在下 ,1 0h ,PCN5对蒽的降解转化率为 91 8% ,芘为 75 6 % ,菲仅为 2 6 2 5 % ;相反PCB2对菲的降解效果最好 ,蒽最差 ;混合基质体系中 ,两菌株都有良好的降解效果 ,对芘的降解效果较差 ;1 30h ,PCN5对蒽、菲、芘混合体系中的TOC去除率为38 9% ,PCB2对相应体系的去除率为 73 7% ;混合体系中两株的生长曲线相似 ,细菌浓度均呈指数增长趋势 ,PCN5的最大浓度约是原加入量的 1 0 0 0 0倍 ,PCB2是原加入量的 80 0
Two Pseudomonas sp PCN5 and PCB2 were isolated from the sludge contaminated by coke\|plant water for a long time.Their degradation performance and growth curves on anthracene phenanthrene and pyrene were tested.Under the condition of single PAH existence,after 10 hours reaction,the removal rates of anthracene pyrene and phenanthrene were 91\^8%,75\^6%,and 26\^2% by PCN5,and 28\^3%, 67\^5%,81\^3% by PCB2 respectively.In the mixing system of anthracene,phenanthrene and pyrene,the phenanthrene could be degraded easily by both PCN5 and PCB2,while pyrene had the least competitive ability to be degraded and transformed.After 130?h reaction,the removal rates of total\|organic\|carbon(TOC) produced by mixing PAHs were 38\^9% by PCN5,and 73\^7% by PCB2.The growth curves of PCN5 and PCB2 were similar.The concentrations of both strains reached to the highest point after 11 day cultivation.Compared to the original concentration point of PCN5 was 10000 times,and that of PCB2 was 8000 times.
