摘要
根据再生纸废水中低pH值、高余氯与印染废水中高pH值、强色度等特点 ,以一定比例混合 ,利用自行研制的SG絮凝剂 ,改进射流曝气装置进行研究与试验。结果表明 :呈酸性的再生废水与呈碱性的印染废水中和 ,再生纸废水中残存余氯与印染废水染料作用 ,在利用自行研制的SG絮凝剂基础上 ,脱色效果与污染物去除效果明显 ,其投加量比两混合废水单一处理时投加量减少1~2倍 ,成本降低 ,改进后的射流曝气装置净化效率高 ,曝气时间短等。
According to low pH and high residual chlorine in regenerative paper and high pH and high colority in dyeing waste water We mixed them with certain proportion and SG flocculating agent,and improved fluidic aeratlon treatment device The results indicates that the acidic regeneration paper waste water and the alkaline dyeing waste water were neutralized the residual chlorine in regenerative paper acted with dyestuff in dyeing waste water.Effects of decdoring and contaminant remoring are distinct.Amount of SG flocculating agent used in mixed treatment decreases 1~2 times than separte treatment.The improved fluidic aeration device has high purifying efficiency and short aerating time.
