摘要
目的 探讨部分型肺静脉畸形引流的特殊治疗方法。方法 回顾分析5例部分型肺静脉畸形引流的临床资料。结果4例心内矫正畸形,1例行右肺上叶切除术,5例均治愈。结论 部分型肺静脉畸形引流一般在体外循环下矫正畸形,对右上肺静脉与上腔静脉异位连接,且不伴有房间隔缺损的病例,可以根据情况做右肺上叶切除术。
Objective To evaluate the modified portion anomalous pulmonary venous drainage treatment. Methods 5 cases of portion anomalous pulmonary venous drainage were analyzed retrospectively. Results 4 cases among them were operated by intracardiac correction of teratism, and 1 case was operated by right upper lobe lobectomy. All the patients were cured after operation. Conclusions The correction of tetatism was suggested to be performed in extracorporeal condition in the patients with right ruperior pulmonary vein anomalous pulmonary venous drainage. In the patients with the ectopia bond between right superior pulmonary and superior vena cava and without arterial septal defect, could be performed by right upper olbe lobectomy.
