摘要
目的 探讨直肠尖锐湿疣发病的成因及治疗方法。方法 对7例直肠尖锐湿疣患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果7例直肠尖锐湿疣患者中,5例有肛交史,2例有生殖器、肛周尖锐湿疣病史,1例既有肛交史,又有生殖器、肛周尖锐湿疣史;7例采用微波治疗获得成功。结论 直肠尖锐湿疣的发病成因有两个:（1）肛交引起直肠直接感染;（2）肛周尖锐湿疣向直肠漫延。直肠尖锐湿疣采用微波去疣治疗效果最佳。
Objective To study the pathogeny and treatment of condyloma acuminatum of rectum. Methods 7 cases of condy-loma acuminatum of rectum were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 7 cases, 5 had history of coitus by anus, 2 had history of condyloma acuminatum on genitals and peripheral anus, 1 had both two above, all patients had been cured by microwave therapy. Conclusions There are two on pathogeny of condyloma acuminatum of rectum: (1) coitus by anus may lead to infection of rectum directly; (2) condyloma acuminatum on peripheral anus can spread to rectum. Microwave therapy is the best choice to condyloma acuminatum of rectum.
