摘要
对细胞周期调控机制的研究表明,细胞周期蛋白(cyclin)是细胞周期中短暂出现的基因表达产物,具有严格的顺序性,与特定的细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶(CDK)结合构成复合体,使CDK活化,完成各个时相的转换,然后降解.
