摘要
说明了咪唑斯汀抗组胺H1-受体 ,抑制组胺释放的作用 ,同时阐明了咪唑斯汀具有抑制 5 脂氧合酶从而抑制炎症反应的作用机制 ,并进一步综述其在荨麻疹、过敏性鼻炎。
