摘要
郁金、川芎具有活血祛瘀的功效 ,是两种常用的中药材。采用原子吸收光谱仪 ,对郁金、川芎中锌、铁、钙、镁、锰、铜、钾、钠 8种元素的含量进行了测定 ,为进一步研究郁金。
Curcuma aromatica Salisb and Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort are two Chinese medicinal herbs with good effect in invigorating the circulation of blood,and often used in Chinese medicine.In this paper the eight inorganic elements Zn?Fe?Ca?Mg?Mn?Cu?K?Na were determined with atomic absorption spectrometry.The result can supply basic data for the further study on their pharm acology.
