后基因组时代基因组学研究在生物医学发展中将起主导作用。基因组学将在结构基因组学、功能基因组学和“结构 -功能 -应用”研究中发挥其观念优势、技术优势和信息优势 ,以解决医学科学中的相关问题。基因组学研究需要人文关怀 ,包括关心其伦理问题、法律和社会问题以及国家安全问题等等。
In the post-genomic era, the genomics research will play a leading role in future development of the biomedicine. The genomics research will show great potential in the concept, technology and bioinformation for solving the problems of medical sciences, originating from the knowledge of structural genomics research, functional genomics research and 'structure-function-application' research.The public and scientists must pay attention to the field of humanism for genomics research, including ethics principles (nonmaleficence, beneficence, respect and justice), law and sociology, and National safe, etc.
