摘要
21世纪中国已正式加入 WTO,这对传统封闭式的信息服务业提出了巨大的挑战 ;只有树立创新观念 ,充分利用互联网络发展带来的便利条件和政府上网提供的良机 ,并积极参与网络信息资源建设、大力拓展网络信息服务业务 ,现代化的信息服务产业格局才能尽快建立起来。
The entry into WTO of China is a great challenge to the traditional closed industry of information service. Only with new ideas in the full use of Internet and on line service provided by the government as well as participation in the establishment of sources of information and the development of gaining information through Internet can we set up as quickly as possible the structure of modern computer service.
