摘要
本文在对花生壳进行应用研究的基础上,借助分光光度计、离心冷冻机、真空冷冻干燥机等现代仪器分析手段。对花生壳中黄酮类物质浸提工艺条件进行了研究。比较了不同溶剂或溶剂系统萃取精制黄酮类物质的效果,并对溶剂萃取机理进行了探讨。
The extraction conditions, antioxygenic activity of flavonoids from peanut hull were studied with the aid of Spectrophotometer, refrigerated centrifuge, vacuum refrigerated drier and other modern instrument analysis. The different results produced in the process of extracting refined flavonoids with the use of different solvents system were compared. Through Ultraviolet Spectrograph, it proves the existence of luteolin in materials extracted from peanut hull.
