在信息技术迅速发展和经济全球化的推动下,跨地区、跨行业的企业兼并浪潮迭起,产业间的界限渐趋模糊,出现了不同产业相互渗透、交叉融合发展的新趋势:其特征在于融合发展的结果出现了新的产业或新的增长点。产业融合的新趋势对我国新一轮经济发展具有重要意义。促进产业融合可以提升传统产业水平,并实现产业创新和培育新的增长点。
Against the background of the tendency of economic globalization and the quickly development of information technology, enterprises convergence across a district, or between different trade, emerges very much. Thus the demarcation between industries gradually becomes unclear, and industry development appears a way of mutual penetration and amalgamation. The characteristic of industry amalgamation is that it will bring about a new industry or a new growth point. The tendency of industry convergence and amalgamation has great sighficance for the new development of our country. Promoting industry amalgamation may raise the tradition industrial level, as well as realize industry innovation or develop a few new growth points.
