摘要
介绍了压电变压器的研究现状,对目前压电变压器的主要形式及其工作原理作了较为详尽的分析和阐述,并对压电变压器未来的发展方向作了预测和展望。本文根据压电理论提出了可集成化的薄膜型压电变压器的设想。
Piezoelectric transformer (PT) has many advantages, such as small volume, light weight, high efficiency and being free from electromagnetic interference (EMI), and PT is suggested to be next generation transformer. Recent researches on piezoelectric transformer are reviewed, and a new type of piezoelectric transformer based on piezoelectric thin film, which is compatible with integrated technology, is presented.
