摘要
南通市华能电厂灰管路桥和浙江省兰溪市兰江大桥主桥上部结构为钢筋混凝土预应力T梁 ,T梁长 5 0m ,单片梁最大自重 15 5t。施工方案采用单台“装配式公路钢桥”拼装的大跨度、大起重量的门式起重机作为预制梁场和架梁提升站的主要设备。本文介绍该门式起重机横向刚度较弱的问题 ,可供类似临时结构参考。
T-shape beam with prestress reinforcement concrete,50m length,Max,weight of single piece,115t,is used as upper structure for Huaneng Electric Station Bridge in Nantong,Jiangsu and Lanjiang Bridge in Lanxi,Zhejiang.The main equipment for its installation is big span and big capacity assembled portal crane.This paper describes the weaker lateral rigidity of the portal crane.This example may be taken as a reference for temporary structure.
