摘要
现浇砼屋面的砖混房屋中 ,由于砼与砖砌体的线膨胀系数相差一倍 ,顶层墙体容易产生温度裂缝 .分析了现浇砼屋面的砖混房屋顶层墙体的温度作用 ,并提出了控制体的抗侧刚度和设置屋面附加钢筋的抗裂设计方法 ,工程实践证明十分有效 。
Because the expansion coefficient of concrete is two times as much as that of brick masonry, the temperature cracks occur easily in the top wall of brick masonry building with cast-in-place concrete roof. The temperature function in the top wall of a structure is analyzed and an eliminated-crack method by controlling the lateral rigidity of wall and using additional bar in panel is introduced. Construction practice shows that it is effective and can give a reference to the design and research of this kind of structure.
