摘要
研究循环流化床的冷态动力学特性。实验表明 ,排渣装置加导流板和反应器底部加文丘里布风装置后 ,反应器内的回流区消失 ,流场变得稳定 ,速度分布比较均匀 ,反应器内的流化状况得到改善 ,而且整个系统的阻力没有明显增加。实验结果为热态实验提供了重要的参考依据。
Studies the dynamic behavior of the cold circulating fluidized bed for desulfurization.The experiments show that,if both a baffle in slag-draining zone and a Venturi tube at the lower part of the reactor are used,circumfluence inside the reactor vanishes;distribution of the flow fields becomes uniform and stable;the fluidized status is ameliorated and the flow resistance inside the reactor doses not increase evidently.The results would be vital to the researches on desulfurization of the circulating fluidized bed and succeeding research in this field.
