摘要
目的 探讨 12 0例老年人头痛的诊断及鉴别 方法 回顾分析 12 0例老年人头痛的临床资料 结果 老年人头痛以脑血管病及高血压病为主要原因 结论 对老年人头痛应根据病因、临床症状、体征、辅助检查进行综合判断 ,才能避免误诊。
Objective\ To study diagnosis and differentiation on the 120 old people with headache.Methods\ The data of headache in the 120 old people were rerrospectively studied.Results\ Cerebral vessels disease and hypertensive disease are the principle reasons of the old people with headache.Conclusions\ In order to avoid misdiagnosis,We should judge the old people with headache synthetically according to etiological actors,clinical symptoms,physical signs and examinations.
