摘要
目的观察家蝇幼虫消化猪粪的家蝇孳生能力变化。方法取家蝇幼虫消化猪粪置于猪舍中 ,观察家蝇的产卵量 ,幼虫、蝇蛹的发育和蛹的羽化率。设立新鲜猪粪对照 ,用SPSS统计软件统计分析。结果家蝇幼虫消化猪粪上的产卵明显低于对照 (P <0 0 1 ) ,两组分别为 93± 4 9只和 870 0± 2 2 0 5只 ,蝇蛹的羽化率和未羽化蛹的胚胎形成率均明显低于对照 (P <0 0 1 )。对照猪粪氮含量高于家蝇幼虫消化组。结论家蝇幼虫消化猪粪 ,可以明显降低猪粪对家蝇的孳生能力 。
Objective Investigation of pig manure ability for rearing housefly after being digested by housefly larva. Methods The manure was placed in pig houses, the larva number was calculated, the development of the larva and pupa and the percentage of pupa emergence were investigated. Nutrition of the manure was analyzed with methods accepted by Ministry of Agriculture. The fresh manure was used as control. Results were analyzed with SPSS statistical software. Results The egg number in the digested manure was significantly less than in the fresh manure ( P <0.01), respectively 93±49 and 8 700±2 205, the percentage of emergence pupa and embryo formation of no emergence pupa both were lower than in the fresh manure ( P <0.01), the amount of nitrogen in the digested manure was also lower than in the fresh manure. Conclusion After being digested by housefly, the manure ability for rearing the insect can significantly be reduced. The ecological function of housefly can be used to manage piggery environment.
