摘要
本组107例重度壳核出血中采用内科治疗61例,外科手术46例,作者依据临床和 CT 资料,对两种疗法的生命预后结果进行分析表明,重度壳核出血外科治疗优于内科,而对年龄超过65岁,收缩压 26.6kPa(1kPa 7.5mmHg),脑疝已进入中晚期患者,两种疗法预后均差。
107 cases o severe intracerebral hemorrhageover putamen region were analysed,They weretreated conservatively in 61 cases,andsurgically in 46 cases,The result of survivaltime seemed longer in surgical treatedPatients.Furthermore,it should be pointedout that no matter how treated conaervativelyor surgically,the prognosis were usually poorin patients aged more than 65 years,systolic presure≥26.6kPa(200mmHg),ordeveloping some degree of herniation.
