摘要
目的 探讨高血压病患者肺静脉血流 (PVF)频谱变化与左室舒张功能的关系。 方法 用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪 ,对 6 4例高血压病患者及 39例健康者的PVF频谱参数与二尖瓣血流频谱进行对照。结果 高血压病组PVF的D波较对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,且左室肥厚组 (II组 )比非左室肥厚组 (I组 )降低显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;PVF的A波虽升高但不显著 ,考虑与取样容积的位置有关。PVF的D波速度 (PVd)与二尖瓣E峰速度 (VE)呈显著正相关 (r =0 .6 311) ,与二尖瓣A峰速度 (VA)呈显著负相关 (r =- 0 .6 86 8)。
Objective To explore the correlation of the frequency spectrum changes of pulmonary venous flow(PVF) in hypertensive cases and their left ventricular diastolic functions.Methods Contrast research was made on the frequency spectrum parameters of PVF and mitral blood flow frequency spectrum parameters in 64 cases of hypertension and 39 normal cases.Results The amplitudes of D waves in the hypertensive group were found to have become shorter than those in the contrast group (P<0.01).And compared with those in other cases,the amplitudes of D waves in the left ventricular pachynsis were obvious shorter(P0.01).A waves in PVF did not change significantly in their rise in amplitude Positive correlation (r=0.6311) existed in the velocity of D waves in PVF and the velocity of mitral E peak,while negative correlation(r=-0.6868) existed in the velocity of D waves in PVF and the velocity of mitral A peak.Conclusion Dwaves parameters can act as sensitive indexes to evaluate the left ventricular functions in hypertensive cases.
