摘要
目的 探讨彻底清除上颌窦病变并防止复发的治疗方法。方法 对 96例上颌窦病变患者行鼻内窥镜和柯—陆手术联合进路鼻窦手术 ,彻底清除病变。结果 术后随访 1～ 6年 (平均 3年 ) ,治愈 85例 (88.5 % ) ,好转 11例 (11.5 % ) ,总有效率 10 0 %。结论 该方法可彻底清除上颌窦病变 ,防止复发 。
Objective To explore the clearing away process of maxillary sinus diseases and the prevention of its recurrence.Methods 96 patients with maxillary sinus diseases were treated by endoscopic and Caldwell Luc′s approaches. The lesions were cleared away completely.Results The clinical curative rate was 100% after 1～6 years (average 3 years)of follow- up surveys.Conclusion It suggests that patients with severe maxillary sinus diseases might be cured by endoscopic and Coldwell-Luc′s procedure.
