经枕小脑幕入路切除松果体区肿瘤20例报告被引量：2

摘要切除松果体区肿瘤有许多方法。近年来不少学者采用经枕小脑幕入路即 Poppen 氏法切除松果体区肿瘤取得满意效果。我们自1985年2月至1990年3月采用该入路切除松果体区肿瘤20例取得良好效果,现报告如下。
