摘要
随着环境的不断变化 ,人或组织或多或少地会感觉压力的存在。本文从管理学的角度出发 ,分析组织产生压力的原因、压力的影响作用 。
With continuous variety of environment,people and organizations have felt pressure.The article analyses reasons that organizations have pressure,effect of pressure,and discuss the way of management of pressure.
