摘要
鞍上生殖细胞瘤占同期颅内肿瘤2000例的1.45%。本病的特点是:(1)尿崩症的发生率为100%;(2)颅骨 X 线平片约80%无异常;(3)肿瘤几乎皆为实性,手术切除较困难;(4)术后放疗效果好,应包括全脑及脊髓。
Suprasellar geminoma accounted for 1.45% ofthe total 2000 childhood intracranial tumors.Itscharacteristics as following:(1)diabetes inspidusaccompanied in all cases;(2)80% of thepatients showed no abnomal finding in skullX-ray film;(3)almost all the tumors were solidform,difficulty in resection;(4)postoperativeradiotherapy may get good results.The therapyshould include the whole brain and spinal cord.
