摘要
对4例左大脑半球切除的患者,于手术前、后进行神经心理学测查,结果表明患者术后心理功能有不同程度的改善。
The changes of neuropsychological function wereobserved in 4 cases following left hemispherectomy.It was found as follows:(1)After hemispherectomy,clinical memory scale were increased,but theincrement was not significant.(2)The IQincreased significantly in 3 cases,no improvementwas observed in one cases.(3)Difficult tounderstanding complicated sentences was found inall 4 cases,after operation there were sameimprovement in 2 cases.(4)There was nosignificase for the score of Porteus Maze Testafter operation,but all the patients completed themaze quicker than before.
