摘要
目的 :探讨穴位按摩治疗感音神经性聋的临床应用效果。方法 :对 30例 ( 6 0耳 )感音神经性聋患者分别选取耳周穴位按摩 ,检测并对比治疗前后听觉脑干诱发电位。结果 :原无波形的 40耳中 ,10耳分化出Ⅰ波和Ⅴ波 ,2 2耳分化出Ⅴ波。原仅见隐约或低幅Ⅴ波且潜伏期延长的 2 0耳中 ,Ⅴ波潜伏期均达正常范围 ,其中 14耳分化出Ⅰ波和Ⅲ波 ,6耳分化出Ⅰ波。治疗前后的检测效果相比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :穴位按摩治疗感音神经性聋效果显著 。
Objective: It is to evaluate the clinical application of periauricular point massage (PPM) in treating sensorineural deafness (SND). Methods: Sixty ears of thirty patients with SND were treated by PPM. Auditory brainstem response were determined and compared before and after treatment. Results: Among thirty ears without any waves showing originally, wave I and wave V were recorded in ten ears, wave V was recorded in twenty?two ears. Among twenty ears with low (or vague) amplitude and prolonged latency of wave V originally, wave I and wave Ⅲ were found in fourteen ears, wave I were found in six ears. After treatment the auditory brainstem responses were significantly deferent form that of previous. Conclusion: PPM is significantly valuable to SND treatment and can be widely used.
