摘要
素质教育是提高我国国际竞争力的重要战略措施 ,但竞争与合作又是辨证的。合作教育可以将竞争与合作统一起来 ,是推动素质教育深入发展的有利形式。将合作教育融入素质教育之中 ,要根据中国国情进行吸收和改造。
Quality education is a very important method to improve our ability in international competition.But both competition and co-operation are not contradictory,they can be unified by quality education.Co-operation education can deeply promote development of quality education.However,co-operation education must be assimilated and reorganized in order to coincide with Chinese situation.
