摘要
我院1975～1989年共收治中、重、特重型颅脑损伤合并其它部位损伤250例。占同期收治颅脑损伤病例的13.8%。治愈190例,治愈率76%;死亡50例,死亡率20%;致残10例。本文强调在处理这类伤时要全面了解病史,掌握处理程序,并对各类伤的临床表现做了阐述。在决定手术处理时,我们强调要本着优先处理致命伤的原则。并将常遇到的三种复合伤组合情况做了分析。
From 1975 to 1989,a series of 250 cases ofsevere head injury combined with injury of otherparts are reported.After treatment 190 casesconsidered as cured(76%)and 50 cases died(20%),10cases were disabled.The author stressedthat should take the history of injury in dedails,operate in proper time,and the mortal woundshould be treated firstly.At the same time threekind of common compound injury are analysed also.
