摘要
在西部大开发、榆林生态环境建设中农业发展事关区域经济整体发展 ,农业发展是实现生态恢复建设的基础 ,黄土丘陵沟壑区林草果生产应作为农业生产重点发展 ,水土流失应以生物措施和工程措施相结合 ,同时应合理开发利用水资源 。
In this paper some strategic questions on agriculture development in Yulin ecological construction were discussed.Agriculture development is related to regional economic development and should be given priority in Yulin.The ecological and economic effects of cash forestry,fruits and grass production are better than grain production in dry land regions and should take as primary approach and organism and engineering measures both shoud be used in soil and water conservation.To develop high officiency water saving agriculture is also the key content to develop agriculture.
