摘要
本文报告了15例前交通动脉瘤显微手术治疗情况。患者均有蛛网膜下腔出血史,从末次出血至手术时间为8～30天。双额开颅,纵裂入路。动脉瘤处理采用夹闭及丝线结扎,3例做了瘤体切除。介绍了了2例术中破裂出血的处理情况及术后并发症。全组无1例死亡及残废。
The paper reports 15 patients with aneurysmsof anterior communicating artery direct treated bymicrosurgical technique.All patients had the historyof subarachnoid hemorrhage.The interval between lastepisode of subarachnoid bleeding to the time ofoperation were 8 to 30 days,Bifrontal craniotomyand interhemispheric approach was performed.Liga-tion of the neck of aneurysm was perfolmed in 12cases.The aneurysm was resected in one case.Twoaneurysms were broken during opration.No opera-tion mortality.Treatment of bleeding during opera-tion and postoperative complication are discussed.
