摘要
目的 探讨经玻璃体切除进行脱位的人工晶状体摘出术的方法和效果。方法 对 1 3例人工晶状体因多种原因脱位于玻璃体腔的病例实施玻璃体切除人工晶状体摘出术 ,并对玻璃体积血、视网膜脱离等并发症进行处理。 1例更换植入前房型人工晶状体。结果 全部病例术后视力均有不同程度提高 ,矫正视力 0 .1～0 .4者 6例 ,0 .5以上者 4例。未见其它严重并发症发生。结论 人工晶状体脱位于玻璃体腔经手术摘出可以恢复并保持较好视力 。
Objective To investigate the technique and effects of intraocular lens (IOL) extraction by vitrectomy.Methods IOL extraction was performed on 13 cases with IOL dislocated into vitreous cavity.At the same time the complications,such as vitreous hemorrhage,retinal detachment,etc.were managed.In one case,the anterior chamber IOL was implanted intraoperatively.Results The final visual acuity was improved in varying degrees in all cases.The post-operative correct vision,0.1～0.4 in 6 cases and 0.5 or better in 4 cases.No severe complication was found.Conclusion The vision of cases with IOL dislocated into vitreous cavity can be restored and preserved.The prompt operation and skillful manipulation in vitrectomy are the key points of the surgery.
