摘要
目的 探讨外伤性前房积血的治疗方法。方法 对 5年来收治的 1 2 8例外伤性前房积血进行回顾性研究 ,统计分析临床资料。结果 据我院统计外伤性前房积血 1 2 8例占眼外伤病例总数的 2 7.95%。继发性青光眼、外伤性白内障、视网膜脱离、视神经萎缩及角膜血染等又是其常见的并发症 ,导致严重的视力损害甚至失明。结论 早期止血、降眼压、抗感染及促进积血的吸收 ,对伴有严重并发症者根据病情及时手术治疗 ,以恢复视力功能 。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic method of traumatic hyphema.Methods Data of 128 cases treated in recent 5 years due to traumatic hyphema were retrospectively studied and analyzed.Results Of the 128 cases,it contained 27.95% patients of the total ocular trauma.Secondary glaucoma,traumatic cataract,retinal detachment,optic nerve atrophy,etc.were the common complications,and which result in severe visual damage.Conclusion For visual rehabiliation and reducing and preventing complication,early stop bleeding,lowing intraocular pressure,anti-inflamation and promitting hemorrhage absorption are important.For patients with severe complications,in time surgical treatment should be done.
