摘要
目的 探讨视网膜挫伤后各期血清铁含量的动态变化及其机制。方法 对 90例视网膜挫伤病例分为 3组 ,每组 30例 ,将视网膜挫伤分急性期 (伤后 7天以内 )。恢复期 (伤后 8~1 2天 )。陈旧改变期 (伤后 2 1~ 40天 )。采肘静脉血 ,用JY - 70 (Ⅱ)合并型等离子体发射光谱仪测定。并与 2 0 0例正常人对照 ,进行统计学处理。结果 在急性期血清铁含量增加 ,与正常组比较P <0 .0 5 ,有显著差异。恢复期血清铁含量接近正常 ,P >0 .0 5 ,无差异。陈旧改变期血清铁含量低于正常组 ,P <0 .0 1 ,有显著差异。结论 根据血清铁含量变化 ,在治疗上限制或补充含铁的药物和食物 。
Objective To explore the developable changes of serum iron and it's mechanism in each stages of retinal contusion.Methods 90 retinal contusion cases were divided into 3 groups with the acute stage(within 7 days after contusion),the recovery stage (within 8~20 days after contusion) and the obsolescent change stage (21~40 days after contusion).Cubital vein blood sample were determined with the JY 70(Ⅱ) Consolidated Plasma Emission Spectrograph and compared with other 200 normal people and then statistic analysis.Results In the acute stage,increase of serum iron content,which was distinct different from the normal people( P <0.05),in the recocery stage,the serum iron content was similar to normal group( P >0.05).and in the obsolescent stage,lower than the normal group( P <0.01).Conclusion According to the changes of serum iron,restrict or supply the medicine and food content of iron in the treatment is helpful to improvement of vision.
