摘要
介绍了磁悬浮电动机轴向定位磁悬浮轴承工作原理和控制系统的构成。通过对磁轴承系统分析和仿真 ,得出采用带微分限制环节和积分分离的 PID控制器能使磁轴承系统稳定悬浮 ,并且具有良好的动静态特性。基于ADMC331DSP开发套件 ,采用脉宽调制 (PWM)同步脉冲信号 (PWMSYNC)中断工作方式 ,设计数字控制器主程序和中断服务子程序。实验结果表明 ,采用 ADMC331DSP编程方便和直观 ,运算精度高 ,控制器参数调整方便 ,易于试验各种控制策略。研究成果对研制磁悬浮电动机轴向定位磁轴承 。
The configuration and working principal of magnetic bearing used in the axial direction of bearingless motor are introduced. Through analyzing and simulating the system of magnetic bearing, the PID controller having differential coefficient saltation and sepatating integral makes magnetic bearing suspend steadily, and has good dynamic and static state performance. Based on ADMC331 DSP exploiture tool the main program and interrupt subprogram are designed by using PWMSYNC interrupt manner. The experiment result indicates that the digital controller programs easily and intuitively, operates precision highly, adjusts parameters expediently,and easier to realize all kinds of control tactics. If the control object is changed, only adjusts some parameters of control algorithm to meet the parameter require. The study production resolves the question of axial orientation of bearingless motors,and has some reference value.
