聚乙烯醇作为暂时性粘合剂被铁氧体行业普遍采用。选用适当的品种,用合适的方法制备其水溶液,并对水溶液进行改性,才能达到最佳的使用效果。同时,必须了解聚乙烯醇的热稳定性及影响其从铁氧体坯件中分解、排除的诸多因素,方能因势利导,确保产品质量。
As a kind of temporary glue bond, the ployvinyl alcohol (PVA) is generally used in the ferrite industry. Selecting the suitable PVA product and appropriate method to prepare PVA water solution, and then modifying the solution can keep an optimal applicable effect. On the other hand, thermostability and factors which affect the PVA抯 resolution and elimination from the ferrite green parts must be comprehended to make best use of it.
