摘要
用共沉淀法制备了BaMnZnCo-W型铁氧体,研究了Co2+含量对其微波吸收特性的影响。发现2.5mm厚的涂层在11.5GHz频率左右有一较大的损耗吸收峰,峰高达40dB。初步分析了此损耗吸收峰可能产生的机制,同时比较了在相同条件下加碳纤维前后吸收特性的变化。
BaMnZnCo-W type ferrites were prepared using coprecipitation method, and the influence of Co2+ ions content on their absorption properties was studied. It is found that one high loss absorption peak of almost up to 40dB appears for the coat with 2.5mm in thickness at about 11.5GHz frequency. The possible origin of the loss absorption peak has been preliminarily discussed. Meantime, the absorption properties have been compared of carbon-fiber-added material and non-carbon material by the same process.
