摘要
铁氧体移相器是相控阵天线系统的关键器件之一,而它的温度特性对系统的性能影响较大。首先利用双平板模型、麦氏方程组和边界条件推导矩形波导铁氧体移相器的超越方程。再利用超越方程和我们制备的铁氧体材料的参数对其差相移随温度的变化进行数值计算,结果表明随温度的升高差相移减小。同时,提出了温度补偿的一些方法。
Ferrite Phase shifter is one of the key devices in phase array antenna system, while its temperature property significantly affects the system performance. The transcendental equation for ferrite phase shifters in rectangular wave guide has been obtained by applying twin slab model, Maxwell equations and boundary conditions. Transcendental equation and parameters of ferrite materials prepared by ourself have been used to calculate the variation of differential phase with temperature. It turned out that the differential phase shift decreases with increasing temperature, Moreover, We also put forward some ways for temperature compensation.
