摘要
清选系统是便携式谷物联合收获机的重要部分。为此,针对丘陵山区用的双行便携式谷物联合收获机,清选作业时吸杂风机转速过高的问题,对吸杂口偏置型分离筒进行了结构设计。通过自制的分离筒吸杂口偏置型清选装置试验台,对吸杂口的旋转角度与偏置距离进行试验研究,得到了小麦清选性能较好的旋转角度与偏置距离分别为30°和30mm,为便携式谷物联合收割机清选系统的设计提供了依据。
Cleaning is an important part of the portable grain combine. For hilly combine harvest machine,with the double line of portable grain cleaning operations,suction fan the problem of high speed,the suction off- centered inlet scoop type structure design was carried out on the inlet scoop. By homemade inlet scoop mouth offset type cleaning device test bench,to suck the rotation of the inlet scoop rotating angle and offset distance,experimental study of wheat cleaning performance is proved by rotating angle and offset distance of respectively 30 °,30 mm. For portable grain combine harvester provides the reference for the design of cleaning system.
