摘要 介绍了2BMJ-4型棉花覆膜播种机的主要结构及工作原理。该机一次进地即可完成苗带干土清理、开沟、施肥、播种、铺膜、压膜及覆土等作业工序,创新设计的刮土板能够把棉花苗带上0~5cm含盐碱量极高的表土层刮到苗带以外,提高了盐碱地棉花的出苗率,还能够加大种床与膜床的高度差,延长棉苗在地膜下的生长时间,使放苗时间更加集中,可节省大量劳动力。田间试验表明:该机作业效果能够达到设计要求。 The main structure and working principle of 2BMJ- 4 type cotton membrane planter were introduced in this paper,the clearing dry soil in seeding strip,ditching,fertilization,sowing and mulching,pressing film,earthing can be finished in one time by this planter. The scraper bar was innovative design,by which,0 ~ 5cm topsoilcontaining high salinitycan be scrape offand pushed outside cotton seeding strip. The seeding rate of cotton in saline land was improved;time of sending out cotton seeding was more concentrated so that labor force was saving because height difference between seed bed and membrane bed was added and growth time of cotton seeding under film was extended. The field experiment shows thatoperation effectiveness can meet the design requirements.
