摘要
本文通过对建立高等师范专科教育办学经济效益评价指标体系的意义、内容及组织实施的探讨 ,来评价高等师范专科教育的办学效益 ,以此促进师范专科教育面向市场、研究市场 ,不断提高高等师范专科教育办学的经济效益与社会效益 ,激活师范教育事业。
In this article, the author thinks it is the need of government to develope economy to set up the economic performance evaluation target system in Teachers colleges, the one of social capitals to be invested in the education market' and also the one of colleges to impel themselves. The article suggests that by the establishment of evaluation target system consisting of cost norms, quality norms and performance norms, it will promote Teachers College to face the market, to study the market, to improve their economic and social performance.
