摘要
企业财务风险的防范是目前企业改革必须面对的重要问题之一。分析了财务风险在企业财务管理中的地位 ,以及企业财务风险的主要表现形式 ,进而提出了防范与控制企业财务风险的政策建议。
The avoidance of enterprise financial hazards is one of the major problems that the enterprises in reform must face. This paper analyzes the importance of financial hazards in enterprise finance management and its main forms. Suggestions on the avoidance and control of enterprise financial hazards have been put forward.
