摘要
本文报告1975～1990年间收治的胰结石症18例中并发糖尿病之10例。讨论了胰纤维化结石性糖尿病之诊断及可能病因,强调了内外科密切配合、综合治疗的重要性。本病由于癌变率高,须密切随访,以免失去手术时机。
Ten cases of fibrocalculous pancreatic diabetes (FCPD) among 18 cases of pancreatolithiasis who were admitted between 1975 to 1990 were reported in this paper. Almost all ten cases were lean, suffered from recurrent epigastric pain and had diabetic history. Abdominal X-ray, BUS and/or CT, ERCP showed typical stones, pancreatic calcification and pancreatodilatation. The diagnosis and pathogenesis of FCPD were discussed and the importance of close cooperation of internal and surgical department was emphasized. Follow-up was considered necessary because patients with FCPD were susceptible to cancer.
